〣Comparatif de Violets // Enchanted Polish

Après avoir récemment posé "April 2013" d'Enchanted Polish, cela m'a donné envie de le comparer avec quelques-uns de ses copains violets de la marque au château vernithèque.

After recently layed "April 2013" from Enchanted Polish, it made me want to compare it with some of its purples buddies from the castle brand.

Chelsea, la créatrice d'Enchanted Polish adore le violet, j'ai l'impression. C'est une couleur que l'on retrouve très souvent parmi ses vernis, si ce n'est le plus souvent !

I feel like Chelsea, the founder of Enchanted Polish loves purple. This is a color that is very often found among her nail varnishes, if it's not the most often !

C'est pourquoi, j'ai jugé bon de réaliser ce petit comparatif entre certains d'entre eux, afin de te permettre d'arrêter ton choix sur l'un ou plusieurs de ces précieux.

That's why, I thought I would make this small comparative between some of them to allow you to see the difference, and take one or more of these precious.

Alors pour commencer, je vais déjà te dire qui est qui ? Sur le pouce, je porte "June 2014", sur l'index, "Mercy", sur le majeur "April 2013", sur l'annulaire "Dance Of The Sugar Plum" et sur l'auriculaire "Dream On".

First of all, I am going to start by telling you which is which ? On the thumb, I wear "June 2014", on the index,"Mercy", on the middle finger "April 2013", on the ring finger "Dance Of The Sugar Plum" and on my little finger "Dream On".

Niveau application, c'est "Dream On" le plus agréable à poser, le moins agréable étant "June 2014" qui est très épais et à besoin de diluant. Le moins opaque est "April 2013" suivi de près par "Dance Of The Sugar Plum", "Dream On" et "Mercy" sont quant à eux très opaques et n'auraient presque besoin que d'une seule couche. Niveau holographie, ils se valent tous à peu près sauf "Mercy" qui est plus discret. J'espère que ce comparatif pourra t'aider ? Et que cela t'as plu ? N'hésite pas à m'en informer, si tu souhaites en voir plus souvent !

The application is the most pleasant with "Dream On", the less pleasant being "June 2014" which is very thick and needs thinner. The least opaque is "April 2013" closely followed by "Dance Of The Sugar Plum", "Dream On" and "Mercy are very opaque and would almost need a single layer. On the holography side, they are are all equals except "Mercy" which is more discreet. I hope this comparison will help you? And that you like it ? "April 2013", is indeed a mystery monthly nail polish designed by Chelsea, creator of the indie brand Enchanted Polish. Every 2 or 3 months, Enchanted Polish sells mystery nail polishes called "Monthlies" because they are named after the months.

Ce sont (pour les nouveaux) les Enchanted Polish les plus faciles à se procurer puisqu'ils sont en pré-commande sur le site de la marque pendant deux heures. Si tu ne veux pas rater la date et l'heure, il suffit de t'inscrire à la newsletter.

La dernière pré-commande à d'ailleurs eu lieu hier soir, et je n'ai pas pu résister. J'ai pris les trois, à savoir "March 2015", "April 2015, et "May 2015". Et maintenant, j'ai tellement hâte de savoir à quoi ils vont ressembler !!

Cette marque est en effet très prisée des nailistas, il existe même un véritable marché parallèle de ces vernis ! Cette marque étant vendue en édition très limitée, ces vernis s'arrachent en quelques secondes, et certaines filles achètent ces vernis dans le seul but de les revendre avec un bénéfice.

This brand is indeed very prized by nailistas, there even is a real black market of these polishes ! This brand is sold in a very limited edition, these polishes tend to sell within seconds, and some girls buy these polish only to resell with benefit.

Je te conseille donc de te procurer ces monthlies. En effet, même si ce sont des vernis mystères dont on ne connaît pas la couleur d'avance, si jamais tu étais déçue par sa couleur tu n'auras pas de mal à le revendre ou à l'échanger contre une couleur qui te plaît plus ;-)

So, I highly suggest you to get those monthlies. Even if they are mystery polishes which we do'nt know the color in advance. If you were disappointed with the color you won't have trouble selling it or exchange it against a color that pleases you more ;-)

Pour en revenir à "April 2013", c'est un violet tirant vers le rose, un peu pourpre. Il est intensément holographique. Il n'est pas très opaque par contre, j'en ai mis 3 couches mais une quatrième n'aurait pas été du luxe !

Getting back to "April 2013," this is a slightly pink purple, a bit crimson. It is intensely holographic. It is not very opaque though, I put three layers, but a fourth one would not have been a luxury !

Je pense que Chelsea adore le violet, puisque c'est une teinte que l'on retrouve très régulièrement voire, le plus souvent dans les monthlies.

I think Chelsea loves purple, since it is a color that we can found quite regularly or, most often among the monthlies.

J'aime beaucoup le violet aussi, et même s'ils sont tous différents, là je pense qu'on à un peu fait le tour, j'aimerai bien d'autres couleurs pour les mois à venir. Sauf si elle nous fait un dupe du sublimissime "Awsomeness", là je dis pas non !

I do love purple too, and although they are all different, now I think that we went around, I will like to see other colors for the coming months. Unless she makes us a dupe of the magnificent "Awsomeness", then I would not say no !

Ils sont au prix de 16.50$ l'unité avec des frais de port de 9$ pour le premier vernis, puis 11$ pour deux, et 13$ pour trois, ce qui revient à 62,50$ // 58€ et donc à environ 19€ l'unité. Malheureusement l'Euro à baissé, c'est donc moins avantageux en ce moment.
